Hello Everyone,
While my days are now filled with managing the chaos of children, there was a time in my life where I had free time. Free time to make crazy plans and figure out how to implement them.
You see, I have always been a sequential thinker. This allows me to determine an end goal, then plod towards it one step at a time.
I have always been a planner, I think I get it from my dad. Whenever the weekend approached, he would start it off by saying, "
THIS is the PLAN..."
I have always been independent. I realized that I occupied a place in the world where I had some control of circumstances and could influence my surroundings to varying degrees. The first time I remember contemplating my independence was in first grade. And of course, I had started trying to manipulate my parents even before that (if my kids are anything like me, I'm going to have to start drinking energy drinks to keep up with them). At an early age, life became an adventure with many possibilities, depending on what I wanted to do. This led me to have varying and strange adventures. Who knows, maybe everyone has strange adventures as they grow up. For some reason, mine sound crazy when I recount them.
So, that's what I would like to do here. I have been inspired by a box of old pictures and want to start by posting a picture to see if anyone knows who, where, and when it occurred. I'm sure Robin will be involved in much of this. Perhaps she could join as a contributor. And if Tristan is out there, I'm sure I'll need her input. She got involved at the peak of the crazy planning time in my life. As an added bonus, if you join as a contributor, you can post your own pictures and explain how you or I were involved in a crazy plan.
